General Agreement

4.4 Deposit and Withdrawal Restrictions

The Platform may temporarily impose deposit and withdrawal restrictions at any time in order to carry out anti-money laundering checks. This is done to verify the legal ownership of funds.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

5.2 Wagering Requirement

You may only withdraw winnings earned from a bonus after wagering the bonus amount 25 times. You can check which game types count towards the wagering requirement through the account support service.

5.3 General Bonus Terms and Conditions

• Each bonus is available once per user and once per phone number / payment account.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash and may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.

• Time required to carry out a technical investigation

9.2 Action by the Player

If a player wishes to close their account, they can request this via Live Chat. Any remaining winnings must meet the wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn prior to closure.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is not responsible for any financial losses, personal harm, or health issues arising from a player's gaming activity. Gaming is for entertainment purposes only and should not be treated as a way to earn income.
